How does it work?
Web based. SureDone lives in the "cloud" so you can securely and safely access it anywhere - and there is nothing to download or install.
It's pretty quick. When you first sign up you'll be brought through a series of steps to connect your channels and import your data, plus perform basic configuration. Importing data can take anywhere from twenty minutes for a few hundred products to longer for several million, and it all depends on limitations of the channel - not us. We go as fast as possible. But that's why we also provide the ability for you to use our bulk system to get items populated quickly into SureDone. And we have numerous video tutorials, written guides, a community forum, interactive webinars and tickets to get you going quickly (not all plans include all support options).

About our pricing
We charge a fixed monthly fee without taking extra money in a month you do well.
Unlimited media hosting. Unlimited image hosting. No extra charges. Or you can choose to have your own Amazon S3 "bucket" so you can FTP files back and forth to your heart's content.
Month to month, although we provide great discounts if you sign up for a year or more.
We have partners that are intimately familiar with SureDone and numerous verticals that can help you completely onboard to SureDone, enhance your products, manage your listings and be an extension of your company - all for less than hiring your own in house person.
Marketplace and Channel Support
Absolutely. Upload eBay epids, or upload year/make/model, or upload an ACES CSV file. We have over ten different ways to get fitment into SureDone.
Yes, you don't ever have to cancel, relist or start over. We have fast and seamless 1-click import from eBay, Amazon and many other channels. Once the listings are imported you can push the feed back out to any marketplace. And, if you sign up for our onboarding service, we'll even help you integrate data from multiple channels together.
We absolutely support multiple "instances" on a single marketplace or channel. Each instance gets its own set of configuration parameters and you can choose which instances each product gets listed on. As an example, you may have one eBay store for all of your new products, and a different one for refurbished products. Inside SureDone, you can select which products to list to one store or both stores with the click of a button.
Sure do! Use items in your products list to create kits and bundles. Give them their own inventory levels, price and cost, or drive their inventory and availability, price and cost from the kit or bundle components.
You bet! On a per item basis you can tell SureDone to skip listing any single channel completely, or just skip updating inventory, price or both. You can temporarily skip channels while working on an item, or you can set it to always skip a channel. We know that flexibility is the key!
Yes, all orders are centralized and managed under the "Orders" tab in SureDone. You can process them one by one or in bulk. The tracking number is sent to the marketplace and customer. You can even print mailing labels, picklists and packing lists.
Yes, you can convert your existing eBay templates for use in our system. You can use our default eBay template, use your existing templates or customize them with HTML & CSS. If you use your own, you just need to insert a few variables to tell SureDone where to place data like titles, descriptions, images, item specifics and more. You can do it yourself, or we've got great partners who can do it for you at very reasonable rates.

SureDone Integrated E-Commerce Storefront
We're sure that you don't want it looking like our own website (which runs on the SureDone storefront platform), so yes - we give you a couple of default templates but everything is customizable with HTML, CSS & Javascript. We also have some amazing design partners who can adjust the stock templates or create unique new ones at very competitive rates.
SureDone Scalability
Yes, not a problem. We are trusted by top 500 retailers, and built the system to support large volume businesses.
Once again, we're purpose built for this. Our larger customers exceed six million SKUs which are being regularly updated. The long and the short of it - when we get updates of thousands or hundreds of thousands of items, we break these updates into very small chunks, spin up lots of servers, and then blast them across all of these. Big data. Quick updates.
Connecting, Importing and Exporting
You bet! If it's on Shopify, BigCommerce or Magento, we have direct integration. Otherwise, we can provide truly simple approaches for integration with your website via FTP - processing CSV files that contain product, inventory and order information. Or, directly integrate using our easy and open API. Lots of options!
Yes, you can easily query all of your orders using the search bar and export the results in seconds. You can pick which fields to include, what order to save them in and more. Save or bookmark the query for a one click export.
Yes. Using our advanced automation engine we can connect to almost any system and exchange information in almost any format - from FTP, API and EDI, to CSV, XLS, and XML. We can even connect to many different APIs using our automation engine, all with a simple configuration that defines how to connect, what to expect, and what to do with the data - in or out. Products, inventory, pricing, and even orders and tracking can be automated with external vendors or internal systems such as ERPs, CRMs and more. Or use our open API to extend the functionality of your own applications to incorporate multichannel listing, inventory management, order management and more.
